| The witness is one of the important participants in the litigation. They make greatinfluence on justice of entity and procedure. However, the rate of witness appearing incourt is very low in our country. Therefore, it is urgent to establish and improve thejudicial system about criminal witnesses protection. In2013, the implement of theamended "criminal procedural law" is making a great effect on witness protectionsystem. According to the present judicial situation, this procedural law expand thecontent about criminal witness protection,which means a remarkable leap forward injudicial system.The writer will give some suggestions to improve the witnessprotection system of our country by being based on the amended "criminal procedurallaw" and deeply analyzing the present theories and practice of witness protectionsystem of our country and taking examples of developed countries. |
