China’s "property law" the current configuration of the clause is limited, many provisionssuch as the registration of real property, can not meet the need of practice, this article on China’simmovable property registration and notarization system fit for research, analysis of China’s notaryin the real property registration system in the background, and in our country still involved inproperty registration system in the mode of. In view of our country real property registration in theexistence of risk, demonstration of immovable property registration of notary involved has apotential demand. In order to reduce the risk in the process of registration, so registration ofimmovables more effective and standardized, better play the function of notary. At the same time,the study intervention to overseas and our country Taiwan legislation related to the notary, listsoverseas especially civil law countries on the legislative experience of notarization intervention,operation reflects the real property registration system in the pre review for notarization and notaryexamination requirements. To demonstrate in our registration system of immovable propertyintermediary in the registration of real property notarization examination mode is the best choice ofnotary involved in immovable property registration.
