Inthis paper, the right to privacy of public figures as the research object, from the basic concept,based on detailed privacy definition, characteristics and classification of public figures, todemonstrate the theoretical basis for the protection and restriction, to seek the balancebetween protection and restriction. Through the analysis of the advanced legal states in theworld and the status quo of China’s legislature, legislative enlightenment is the privacy of thepublic person system, and puts forward some legal suggestions in view of the presentsituation of legal system of our country, aims to build on our future public figures privacysystem and improve benefits.
