A Research On The Cooperative Governance Mechanism Of Government And Social Organization In The Purchase Of Changgang Street’s Welfare Service

The purchasing of public services from social organizations has been rapid developingin recent years, and it has been widely used in various fields, especially in the field of socialwelfare services. The implementation of welfare services purchase in Changgang street hasmade some achievements, but also exposed some problems, such as the quality monitoring ofservice is not enough, the cooperative governance issues of government and socialorganizations, and the slow development of social organization, in which the cooperativegovernance mechanism of government and social organizations is most important. Since thestudy of it is still in the exploratory stage in our country, and lacking systematic research andempirical analysis. Therefore, it is necessary to empirically analyze the cooperativegovernance mechanism in the purchase of welfare services in Changgang case.This study uses the research methods such as literature analysis, interviews andquestionnaires, surveys, from the point of views of cooperative governance, to discuss thegeneral characteristics of the cooperative governance mechanism of government and socialorganizations in domestic typical case, then find out the problems and shortcomings of thecooperative mechanism, in the process of welfare services purchasing of Changgang, anddiscusses the reason for the existence problems. Finally,based on the fore research and theexperience of foreign countries, this article aims to explore targeted improvement strategies,and provide a reference for cooperative governance mechanism of government and socialorganizations during the purchasing of welfare services in Changgang street.
