At this point, the volunteerwork of western countries have rapid development, voluntary service sector expandedto all aspects of social life, a large number of volunteer organization, volunteerservices was standardization and expand to a broad social service work.Volunteerwork has become the important force in the adjustment of social structure and socialrelations.In our country, volunteer community volunteer service began in the1980s, thenin the90s, the communist youth league central organization founded the Chineseyouth volunteer association, China’s volunteer service began to rise and rapiddevelopment. After the Olympic Games, WenChuan earthquake and the expo theexcellent performance of volunteers can be seen, volunteer services is an importantrole in the social progress. Therefore, how to safeguard the rights and interests of the volunteers andhow to realize the relief of volunteers has became the development of the voluntary service in China even the fine tradition of the important problems in our country. Sobuilding a unified, standardized legal system of volunteer service, scientific andreasonable management mechanism and rights guarantee system, have the importantresearch significance.For the volunteer service activities in our country, in the reality of the problem, inthe summary and analysis of the related problems, on the basis of in-depth studyabroad on volunteer personal rights and interests protection legislation and practiceexperience, so as to summarize their respective advantages and characteristics, andcomparing with the situation in the legislation and practice in our country reality, forour country volunteer personal rights and interests of the legislation and practice ofroad has made the idea, system and idea, hope to help the development of thevoluntary service in China.
