Research On The Protection Of College Students' Volunteer Rights And Interests From The Perspective Of Synergetic Theory

The development of voluntary service is an important measure to promote the modernization of social governance system and governance capacity in the new era.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the cause of social voluntary service has developed rapidly in China.College students' volunteers have gradually become the main force of the volunteer team,making great contributions to promoting the overall development of the society.When the society accepts the volunteer service of college students,it should give them basic rights and interests protection,and protect the rights and interests of College Students' volunteers as an effective means to promote the steady development of volunteer service.Based on the theory of human's all-round development,the theory of coordination and the theory of workers' rights and interests protection,this study summarizes and summarizes the rights and interests of College Students' volunteers at present,understands the current situation and influencing factors of the rights and interests protection of College Students' volunteers,and constructs the rights and interests protection of College Students' volunteers from the perspective of coordination theory by means of theoretical analysis,data sorting,individual interview and questionnaire survey Dynamic model,from the perspective of synergy theory,analyzes the causes of the poor protection of the rights and interests of college students volunteers and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.Research findings:(1)At present,the rights and interests of College Students' volunteers in China are composed of two parts: basic rights and legitimate interests.The basic rights include the rights of service security,service freedom,service knowledge,service supervision and service exemption.The legitimate interests include the basic security interests,insurance relief interests,learning and training interests,recognition and reward interests,and growth Five dimensions and 18 aspects of development interests.(2)With the development of volunteer service,the protection level of College Students' volunteer rights and interests in China is generally good,but there is an imbalance in the internal structure of the protection level of volunteers' rights and interests.The protection level of College Students' volunteer rights and interests is better than the protection level of interests.The protection level of rights and interests in various dimensions is uneven,and the lack of protectionof College Students' volunteer rights and interests still exists.(3)At present,the protection of the rights and interests of College Students' volunteers is affected by demographic variables such as gender,education background,growth environment,work experience,service form,registration,service location,service duration,service content,division of labor,attention and other variables of volunteer service experience.The characteristics of College students' volunteers have a profound impact on the level of rights and interests protection.(4)From the perspective of coordination,the root of the poor protection of College Students' volunteer rights and interests lies in the lack of "subject coordination","system coordination","process coordination" and "resource coordination".Specifically,the participation depth of the guarantee subject is insufficient,and the coordination and interaction are not strong;the effective supply of the guarantee system is insufficient,and the coordination and complementarity are not strong;the standard of the guarantee process is insufficient,and the coordination and mutual promotion are not strong;the development and integration of the guarantee resources are insufficient,and the coordination and intercommunication are not strong.(5)To improve the protection level of College Students' Volunteers' rights and interests,we should start with improving the coordination of subjects,systems,processes and resources,make clear the rights,responsibilities and interests of the subjects,strengthen the cooperation and interaction of the subjects,and create an atmosphere for rights and interests protection;improve the system of rights and interests protection,promote the harmony of the protection systems,and organize a network of rights and interests protection;clarify the process links of rights and interests protection,and optimize To improve the efficiency of rights and interests protection,to strengthen the development and integration of protection resources,to ensure the utilization effect of resources,and to consolidate the cornerstone of rights and interests protection.
