A Study On The Property Issue Of Premarried Cohibitation

The premarital inhabitation was accepted as a way of life style between men and womenbecome more and more. But the premarital inhabitation arouses more and more societyquestions especially property dispute. The Regulation of Low for the premarital inhabitationin our country is extremely low and almost no operability. Through the study of the rules andregulations of our country and other countries, let us find a nice way to property dispute ofthe premarital inhabitation.There are three chapters in this paper, the main contents are as follows:The first chapter is a summary of property relationship Unmarried Cohabitation. First of all, analysis the law status of unmarriedcohabitation property relationship and dealing with the judicial practice of unmarriedcohabitation property relations in our country to find the lack of legal provisions and thespecific judicial practice.Then analysis of relations between the two big law countries aboutunmarried cohabitation property of legal norms,Anglo-American law system such as TheBritish,The continental law system such as The French,to be used for reference in ourcountry.The third chapter is the legislative suggestions to perfect the unmarried cohabitation propertyrelationship.First of all, choose to formulate special law,then come up with the perfectionof unmarried cohabitation property relationship of specific recommendations. At the sametime points out that the judicial practice to deal with unmarried cohabitation shall adhere tothe principle of property relations.
