Collective crime refers to the kind of crime that groups of people gatheredspontaneously, and in the process of fanaticism, people have no clear purpose andbreach the social norm constraint. In recent years, with the fast development ofChina’s economy, all kinds of social contradictions are becoming increasinglyprominent. Thus it is necessary to expand the special theory of crime against cluster,providing theoretical support for the practice. Moreover, the train of crime research inour country is determine the research objectâ†'explain the rules of crimeâ†'points outthe prevention method, this article also follow this train. First of all, determining theresearch object, reveal the similarities and differences between the mass incidents andcollective crime is the first step of the research. The research object of this paper isthe collective crime, rather than the general mass incidents. The collective crime is akind of mass violence behavior that is harmful to the society, and only the collectivecrime is the topic of the research of criminology. The collective crime has thepsychological characteristics of a sudden, emotional, cruel, and the Behavioralcharacteristics of destructive, amorphous. therefore, collective crime is not as same asthe mass incidents. Or, mass incidents are the upper concept of the collective crime.Secondly, for finding the rule of collective crime, this paper focus on the concept ofcollective efficiency, found the train of collective crime,that is collective efficiencyâ†'collective behaviorâ†'collective crime, lays the foundation for further researchand points out that the formation of the collective crime is through the build-up ofcumulative effectiveness of collective behavior of psychological motivation,eventually lesions under sudden factors as the collective crime. Therefore, theoutbreak of the collective crime is not achieved overnight, but step by step. Thirdly,based on the research of rule on collective crime, found the formation mechanism ofcollective crime, that is the chemical reaction equation of collective crime. This partdivides the cause of collective crime into three parts, which is germ-carrying group,crime causing factor and sudden factor. In this part, germ-carrying group and the crime causing factor are seen as the inside and outside reason of the collective crimeand with the help of abrupt factor, the collective crime breaks out. Lastly, based onthe research of the chemical reaction equation of collective crime, removal thecause of germ-carrying group, crime causing factor and sudden factor, and then putsout the long-term and the short-term prevention strategies. That is separate theinternal and external factors of the collective crime and contain the sudden factor.
