Research on China’s legal system of social support basic is carried out by China’s familyplanning workers, legal scholars for the research of this system in our country. Our country currentlaw and relevant laws and regulations for the regulation of this system is more general, this leads toour social support in the collection objects, the collection standard, procedure and the regulation ofthe money appeared a lot of problems. This article attempts from the social support researches inaspects such as the nature, significance, and to further reveal the existence question, in view of theproblems put forward their own views and Suggestions, in order to better improve the system.In this paper, a total of three parts:The first part from the analysis of the definition of the legal system of social support andsocial support in China made in detail the characteristics of the legal system.The second part of the problems existing in the legal system of social support in China. Inthis paper, the legal system of social support in our country has carried on the comprehensiveanalysis, and points out the shortcomings of this system.
