Public satisfaction, credit and actively of participate is the foundation and the goal of theDonations for Public Welfare. At present, China’s donation as a whole showed a managementchaotic situation, public satisfaction is low, voices of doubt is big, donation to the credibility of theenormous challenges facing. At present, China’s special provisions for donation only one in1999formulated and promulgated the "public welfare donations Law", this obviously can not meet theneeds of our existing public. This article is based on the nature of the acts donation, credibility ofthe connotation of the exposition and on the donation form and evaluation criteria are discussed,and through the analysis of the causes of insufficient credibility donation, Proposed to enhance thecredibility of our donation to the specific legal.In this paper, comparative analysis, systems analysis, literature research methods such as amore comprehensive public welfare donations credibility discussed. Trying to improve publicconfidence in charity donation for the ability to raise public awareness of donation satisfaction andtrust. This a total of three parts:First part of the donation to the credibility of the general theory are introduced. Defining thescope of charity donation of credibility detailed interpretation, analysis of the composition andcharity donation credibility evaluation criteria..The second part of our donation to the credibility of the analysis of the status. Description ofhow the donation to the credibility of the status quo, and analyzes lead to lack of credibility of thereasons for charity donation.The third part to enhance the credibility of our legal proposal charity donation.
