On thebasis of fully recognized legislative progress, analysis of the current problems of thefood safety crime,and as according to the corresponding,improvement measures areput forward to make the our country criminal law protection of food securitymechanism will be further improved.The first part discusses the basic food safety crime situation. Combining with significant attention of the food safetyevents in recent years, analysis of the gravity of the situation of food safety in China,then analysis of necessity and urgency of food safety regulation of the criminal law;atlast, analyse rationally the root of the problem of food security, T determine its natureas the problems for the society, Finally the reconstruction of moral system is neededto ultimately solve the problem of food safety crimes.The second part expounds the specific correction for food safety crimes of <theAmendment to the Criminal Law of the People’s Republic of China (Eight)>.At first,analyse the legislativetrend of our country food safety crime,the second,from therevision of food safety crime standard, the improvement of the sentencing plot, thechanges of the criminal punishment and the adding of the law of Regulatory responsibilities,discusses the manifestation of changes of the "criminal lawamendment (eight)" for food safety crime.The third part tells the story of China’s food safety problems which still exist inthe crime system.
