The rapid development of the network has had a tremendous impact on the world. Eachaspect of our economy, culture, education has changed dramatically, especially in theeconomic aspects. With the rapid development of the network economy, however there comesome new problems, such as network monopoly agreement problem. Special cost structure ofthe network economy, external, lock-in effect make the network monopoly agreements showparticularity. Network monopoly agreements take enormous harm, and it destroys the order ofcompetition, preventing innovation, and harming the rights of consumers. This sectioncontains the following contents. Firstly the author introduces the concept of networkmonopoly agreements. Secondly, through the analysis of the characteristics of networkeconomy, the author summed up the particularity of the network monopoly agreements.Thirdly, the author analyzes the forms of the network monopoly agreements and demonstratesthe harm of the network monopoly agreements.In the second part:“The quo status legal regulation of network monopoly agreements inChina”.The author points out problems which have existed, after analyzing the legalregulation of the network monopoly agreements in China. In the legal regulation of thenetwork monopoly agreements, there are some problems, for example, poor operability in legal regulation legislation, undetailed standard of refining and legal responsibility deficiencyand so on.The third part:“Suggestions of perfecting our country’s legal regulation system of thenetwork monopoly agreements”.Aiming at the problems of the network monopolyagreements in our country, the author puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions.The author puts forward a set of suggestions, such as proper regulation goal, regulationprinciple, perfecting the relevant legal system construction, strengthening supervision,industry self-discipline and taking technical measures and so on.
