The rapid development of information technology has brought us the convenience of access to knowledge, and also brought the plight of copyright management. Transmission and replication technology of cyberspace is harmful to the interests of the part of the cultural industry groups, which is in contradict with the business objectives and their pursuit of economic interests, therefore, part of the cultural industry groups use their own resources, continue to lobby legislators to promote the legislative changes and copyright expansion of the law, the public’s right to information gradually lose proper legal protection. To solve this problem, this paper selects the expansion of the current situation of the conflict based on the expansion of online copyright and knowledge sharing, research the reasons and power of copyright expansion, the analysis of copyright expansion and the conflict of cultural industry groups and the public interest, the network copyright expansion starting with the perspectives of the public domain, knowledge innovation, as well as the conflicts with non-profit library and expansion of the research network copyright impediment to knowledge sharing. At the same time, research on copyright protection and knowledge sharing network copyright law, related to Digital Millennium Copyright Act of the U.S., in Europe,"EU Information Society Copyright Directive, as well as China’s" Information Network Transmission Right Protection Ordinance ". On this basis, focusing on analysis of the foreign network copyright reform ideas, including Lawrence Lessig’s ideology of regulating network copyright with code, the ideology of free network resources, Richards Stallman launched the free culture copyright management model, Richard Spinello’s idea of network copyright management that from a combination of moral and ethical point of view;and restore the idea of network copyright balance. Finally, this paper research the copyright law reform proposals for China’s national conditions to promote the innovation ol cyberspace as well as prosperity and progress of science and technology and art.
