Discussion On Putting The Freedom Of Speech Into General Personality Right

China’s Constitution stipulates that the freedom of speech is protected, but there is no more details about it or its remedies,it’s obvious that such stipulation is not enough to protect the freedom of speech,which results frequent infringement on it.Meanwhile,due to the sensibility of constitutionalism,we can not conclude a practical method to protect it,If we consider it in the field of general personality right,that is to say,we discuss it in the context of civil law,we can solve the problem.The general personality right is a developing right and it exists the possibility that we put the freedom of speech into general personality right,this is practical,which creates conditions for putting it into general personality right. The freedom of speech will develop well if we put the freedom of speech into general personality right and stipulate its remedies as to make it part of personality right,this will promote the development of civil society.
