The paper based on the "Occupy Wall Street" movement which occurred on September17,2011. Firstly make a brief analysis on the movement. On the basis of Marxist economic theory, systematically teasing out the background, nature and reasons of "Occupy Wall Street" movement. Through the external performance of the movement, capture the essence of the movement. From the perspective of Marxism, reveals the shortcomings of capitalism production mode. Then explain the American financial crisis and the problem of social inequity, rise to a critique of the capitalist mode of production historical limitations. Realize the system of capitalism, the economic crisis periodically outbreaks can’t overcome and social injustice phenomenon is serious. Capitalist mode of production, as demonstrated by Marx, is historical and transitional, human society will eventually transit to the socialist society. And socialist China in the process of development, also hard to avoid the negative effects of market economy, the gap between rich and poor worthy of attention and need to be solved with great efforts. Finally, in the view of the current our socialist market economy unfair problem, put forward some suggestions for speeding up building a harmonious socialist society.
