Corruption Joint Crime Research

From the launch of "the eight-point code" to the performance of "combat four trends", it is currently experienced a storm of combating corruption for public integrity and self-communion in China. Therefore, the study on corruption is an ever lasting focus, especially researches on the joint commission of embezzlement. Accordingly, this paper analyses several issues and presents my proposals related to the joint commission of embezzlement based on the existing theories and cases as well as my researches and practical experience with research methodologies, such as comparison and contrast, cause and effect analysis, etc.,. This dissertation is divided into four parts. In the first part, it is discussed the judicial conviction of the joint commission of embezzlement. The second part is focused on the legal identification individuals in the joint commission of embezzlement. In the third part, it is further discussed the identification of the amount and the criminal responsibility in the joint commission of embezzlement. The last part illuminates the improvement and perfection on the legislation of joint commission of embezzlement. To conclude, this paper focuses on the research on the joint commission of embezzlement, aiming to extend the existing knowledge in to further practice and it is expected to contribute to further investigations on penal studies.
