In fact, from 2008 to 2012, our province procuratorial organs has crackdown 1772 people who crime on agriculture, and the proportion of the total case of the same period is 37.9%, the number rose by an annual rate of 28.7%.In 2013, our province has crackdown 599 people who crime on agriculture, rose 33% on year-on-year basis, and the proportion of the total number of investigate duty crime is 44%. A large number of agricultural duty crime cases have a lot of controversy in the judicial practice about guilty or unguilty also this crime or that crime, because of the legislative reason, its own characteristics and uncertainty.As a judicial worker, the author want to talk about a agricultural corruption crime case, to do a shallow analysis on contentious issues in the judicial practice.
