What’s more, Under the same tax and the all China lawyers association membership fee standards, the personal law firms are under very heavy cost burdens compared with other law firms. And it undoubtedly makes things worse.Even so, the development of the personal law firms indeed are beyond expectations. It not only completed the task of enriching the community legal services but also has got further into high-end legal business, and got good reputation in the industry. For personal law firms, what we need more is a further treatment, and clarifying the development in the way it works. It mainly needs the joint efforts of two aspects, which is both from the personal law firm to raise the standardization of the internal management and service quality, and from the judicial administrative organ and the supervision and standardize the China lawyers association.
