Since the restoration of the lawyer system in my country,the number of law firms has continued to grow,most law firms have formed a certain scale,the management system has been continuously improved,the professional capabilities and levels of relevant personnel have been greatly improved,and the overall quality of the lawyer team has been significantly improved.At present,the domestic lawyer service market is undergoing continuous dynamic changes.In order to achieve modern development,my country urgently needs a group of more large-scale,high-level,and more professional law firms,otherwise it will not be able to provide a strong force of legal support for the cause of socialism.In order to promote the continuous improvement and progress of law firms,it is necessary to improve working methods and improve the evaluation mechanism,starting with the reform of law firms’ rules and regulations,so that law firms can develop and adjust with market changes.Secondly,it is necessary to study and improve the performance system and system of law firms on a regular basis,especially to comprehensively improve the performance appraisal mechanism,conduct in-depth exploration of the problems in development,realize effective responses,and determine the appraisal suitable method for the development of law firms,so that the performance of practicing lawyers can be effectively improved.This research selects JC law firm as the object,analyzes and re-plans the current performance appraisal strategy of domestic business entities,summarizes the current situation of performance appraisal of law firms,studies the defects of its personnel management mechanism,and demonstrates the value of improving personnel management.According to the existing problems and the significance of improving personnel management,this paper puts forward the use of key performance indicator(KPI)method,and expounds the application of KPI method in lawyer’s office from the aspects of KPI design ideas,design process,indicator design embodiment,system decomposition,etc and expects to achieve targeted and effective measurement indicators,innovate the performance appraisal standards and implementation scheme,and improve the quality of service targeted design and improve the effect of a set of law firm performance appraisal system,at the same time to improve the performance appraisal management mechanism,put forward suggestions on the construction of human resource performance management system security system,show the application method of key performance indicator(KPI)management scheme.This paper establishes scientific and reasonable performance evaluation standards for practicing lawyers,quantifiable and continuous key indicators,and comprehensive evaluation to make the evaluation more reliable,and put forward suggestions for the improvement and optimization of personnel management of domestic law firms,so as to provide inspiration for the performance improvement of practicing lawyers in small and medium-sized law firms.
