To the People’s Daily reported more than30years of history into "JianZhangLiZhi, adherence to the accuracy","positive track, the initiative","comprehensive open, pay attention to actual effect" three stages, and summarizes the analysis on the characteristics of coverage of each stage. On this basis, the study concludes that "lag" to "date" to "timely","simplification" to "diversity" to "systematic" and "to promote as the standard" to "taking facts as the standard" to "people standard" the evolution of the trajectory and the change trend.This paper also to the People’s Daily reported incident causes the change of reflection, summed up the change of government policy system, the network media and audience’s right to know in the rise and development of the concept and the media audience consciousness enhancement, media competition is growing a few big reason. At the same time, through the analysis of the People’s Daily reported on the advantages and disadvantages of emergencies, constructively put forward effective development strategy. Such as emphasis on timeliness combined with comprehensive reports, establishing and perfecting the mechanism of emergency plans, giving full play to the advantages of comments, embody humanistic care, the interactions with the new media fusion, etc. In order to explore and establish a suitable for the crisis communication forms of special national conditions in our country, promote the improvement of the emergency response mechanism in our country, further enhance the level of emergency report.
