Based on the analysis of international human rightsand sovereignty theory, on the basis of analysis of the interaction between humanrights and sovereignty, and analyzed the current issue of human rights and humanrights around the world received threats; knowing above problems, this paper alsoanalyzes the globalization process of the challenges faced by China’s nationalsovereignty and the construction of human rights in China are reviewed, and lists theserious challenges facing China’s human rights.In dealing with the problem of the relationship between the human rights andnational sovereignty, the recognition of human rights and national sovereignty relatedinteractive, face the international human rights protection and state sovereignty, cancorrect understanding and properly handle the relationship between the two willlargely affect the implementation of the internationalization of human rights. Obeyingthe principle of respect for state sovereignty and international law basic premise,strengthen international cooperation of human rights protection, extensive dialogue onhuman rights, realize the real world of human rights protection. Only in theframework of the existing system of international human rights law, our countrycommunicate with the rest of the world relying on full exchanges and cooperation,between the human rights can be protected and respected in the international society.
