Look From The Our Country All Previous Amendments To The Constitution Protection Of Human Rights

The protection of human rights is the heart of the Constitution. We should be basedon various historical periods and different stages of Revisions of Constitution to study.This article chooses authentic instances, and they are Constitution of1954and sevenRevisions of Constitution. Studying these instances could help us grasp achievements ofhuman rights and get a clear understanding of current situation of human rights. Thereare three parts in this article. The first section is briefly introduced the tendency ofprotecting human rights in the whole world. Objective and determinate of human rightsproves to be the heart of Constitution. The second is based on the statute of1954Constitution to represent the specific content in order to describe the reason forprotecting human rights with Constitution. The Constitution didn’t be taken seriouslyfor a long time, and it happened the Cultural Revolution. I try to explain the relationshipbetween them. The last is expounded the specific changes in Revisions, through thistendency and its reason made me to think how to perfect the protection of human rights.
