People’s requirement to the ecological environment is becoming higher after existence needs are satisfied with the development of economy and the improvement of material life. But the situation that the development and utilization of resources is unreasonable, too much importance is attaches pay to economic development, despise ecological environmental protection will also cause certain harm to the ecological environment. Farmers are the main part of the rural environmental protection. But now the farmers’ecological consciousness is not strong, the awareness of environmental protection is backward, ecological consciousness of phenomenon is lacking. That cause these phenomenon is the limited condition of rural economic development, as well as most of the farmers’low living standard,which is the main reason of hampering the farmers’ecological consciousness cultivation and the environmental protection initiative for farmers. This is hampering the farmers’ecological consciousness cultivation and exerts and is the main reason for the environmental protection initiative farmers. Cultivating farmers’ecological consciousness must change their traditional concepts and values, in the meantime treat the ecological knowledge and ecological requirements as their behavior specification. Such behavior specification form could not be spontaneously formed immediately; it must undergo training and training again. However, the behavior specification form would play a significant role on adjusting the relationship between farmers and natural once it have been cultivated, which can not be underestimated.At present, our country’s principal contradiction is between the people’s increasing demands of material and cultural and backward social production, which is more obvious in rural areas. Because of the relatively backward economic development, the farmers’ material insurance can not provide finance to the ecological environmental protection. The standard of farmers’ economic income and culture restricts the form of villagers’ecological consciousness. Therefore, through the development of rural economy, the improvement of the farmers’ ecological culture quality, the development of the rural environment education career, the improvement farmers’ecological cognition, the cultivation of farmers’ ecological consciousness and the faith, the adjustment of farmers’ecological emotion, the regulation of farmers’ecological behavior, we can promote the sustainable development of ecological environment in countryside.The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part mainly put forward the basis theory of cultivating farmers’ecological consciousness. It starts from the concept of ecological civilization of Marxism, and then demonstrates that human activities should follow the objective law, keep harmony between human and nature, insist that develop the whole rural infrastructure with the guidance of the scientific concept and sustainable development. Armed with the Marxist ecological civilization thought in people’s mind, establish farmers’ecological ethics and the sense of responsibility, enhance the farmers’ ecological consciousness so as to achieve standard farmers’ecological behavior.The second part mainly starting from the whole current ecological environment of guangxi, the paper discusses the present situation of ecological environment in guangxi by analyzing2012ecological environment conditions data, the guangxi ecological environment problems mainly present as waste water, waste handling and waste gas blow off without handling, fresh water resources get increasing pollution degree, the phenomenon of acid rain occurs frequently, the rural garbage disposal infrastructure is lacking. In terms of climate and natural disasters, the ability to resist disasters of guangxi is relatively poor, the meteorological disaster, flood and drought disasters caused great damage to ecological environment. Overall, the whole ecological environment of guangxi performance is not ideal.The third part mainly analyzes the reason of the fragile ecological environment in Guangxi. The unreasonable development and utilization of resources is the main cause of ecological environment in Guangxi. However, the farmers’ ecological consciousness is not strong; lack of the environment awareness is also the important reason, which restricts the development of the ecological environment in Guangxi. Due to farmers’ecological consciousness is weak; the ecological culture quality is not high. In the process of developing production, they ignore the ecological and environmental protection. And in the process of life, the finance in protection of ecological environment and the construction of the under-funded is lacking, the obtain of natural resources is extensive, the trees cut is in bad cutting, and so on. These will bring some harm for the ecological environment. We can see that the deterioration of ecological environment and farmer’s lack of ecological consciousness is associated.The last part mainly discusses the way of cultivating farmers’ ecological consciousness. The first way is to improve the effect of education in improving farmers’ecological consciousness. We can make publicity about ecological civilization education and the conduct propaganda of knowledge of the ecological environment in the farmers’groups with the aid of the secondary role of mass media, as well as strengthening the ideological and political education in the countryside, condensed and committed to improve farmers’ecological consciousness, develop farmers’ecological responsibility. The second is to improve productivity, increase investment, guide farmers’transformation of the mode of development, and develop intensive agriculture, production of green products via science and technology. Perfect rural environmental infrastructures, people-oriented, meet the needs of the survival of farmers, and focus on economic development as well as the ecological environment. Perfect rural environmental protection laws and regulations, formulate the policy which is good for rural development, and strengthen farmers’consciousness of ecology and legal system. The last is to develop the role of civil power, establish rules in between villages in countryside, and standardize farmers’behavior in protecting environment. In the meantime, carry out the college student volunteer activities in the countryside and the ecological environmental protection knowledge popularization activities, cultivate the farmers as new farmers with ecological ethics.
