What is more,the academia and the legal profession have no authority findings and clearly consistent law about this issue.We all know that fertility is the form of the human race stretches, reproductive rights is an important part of reproductive system. Thus,as a fundamental human right,reproductive rights should be guaranteed. Moreover, as a special group, the protection of AIDS patients means great significance to the protection of socially vulnerable groups in law,the development of social order and,and the development of human rights cause,an so on. In addition, the protection of the interests of people with AIDS will make great contribution to defeat AIDS. Therefore,researches on the reproductive rights of people with AIDS are necessary. Discussion on the necessity is mainly from the need of human rights, require of family and social harmony, the concept of public responsibility,the demand of rights and obligations of reciprocity, the idea of public responsibility, the principle of equality and justice.The fourth part explores the protection and realization of restrictions on people with AIDS.This essay tried to Seek solutions improve the program from the following four areas,:the individual level,the social level, the level of medical technology and legislative level.
