The Research On The Features, Challenges And Countermeasure Of "Chinese Path"

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, in particular, since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has developed rapidly, called "China’s economic miracle", which makes huge improvement on people’s living. In October of2007, the report to17th CPC National Congress declared by Ex-president Hu Jintao attributed all these great achievements to the "Chinese Path", hi March of2013, President Xi Jinping put forward that to make the "Chinese Dream" come true must follow Chinese Path, the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics in his speech at the closing ceremony of the First Session of the12th National People’s Congress. The path of socialism with Chinese characteristics not only boosts china’s economy, but also changes people’s living a lot. However, now it faces many challenges. In the current context of comprehensive deepening reform, the research on how to deal with these challenges has fully theoretical and practical significance for striving to achieve a comprehensive well-off society by2020and ultimately "Chinese dream".By using the basic principles of Marxism and the theories of Sinicization of Marxism, this paper on the basis of the research on "Chinese Path" studied by scholars at home and abroad and the report to18th CPC National Congress, focuses on the seriously clarifying the scientific connotation of "Chinese Path", and then objectively analyzes five distinctive features of "Chinese Path" from the perspective of "Five in One", which includes in the aspect of economy, efforts to improve the socialist market economic system to promote the transformation of the pattern of economic development; in the aspect of politics, focusing on the implementation of the CCP’s leadership, the people’s sovereignty, the rule of law; in the aspect of culture, focusing on building the socialist core value system to lead the development and prosperity of Chinese culture; in the aspect of society, strengthening people’s livelihood and striving to build a socialist harmonious society; in the aspect of ecological civilization, efforts to promote green development, cyclic development and low-carbon development for building a beautiful China. And then it clears up the main challenges "Chinese Path" currently facing based on studying the reports to CPC National Congress, the reports to Government Work and China realities:complicated international situation; ideological challenges; economy much needed to be upgraded; the problem of "formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism and extravagance" standing out; Cultural soft power being not strong enough; debts of livelihood issues increasing; resource and environmental constraints intensified. Finally, it puts forward countermeasures:grasping the important period of strategic opportunities to adhering to developing the Chinese path; strengthening the socialist ideology construction to firm "Three confidence";"new-style industrialization, informationalization; urbanization; agricultural modernization" in sync boosting economic transformation to take the road of sustainable economic development; putting the "four wind" to the end by law to take the road of political development of people as the masters; enhancing cultural awareness, self-confidence to take the road of cultural self-reliance; efforts to solve people’s livelihood problems to take the road of social developing path; efforts for construction of two-type societies to take the road of green, cyclic, and low-carbon development of ecological civilization path."Chinese path" is the fundamental way to achieve the "Chinese Dream", and constantly improving the "Chinese path" will more help "China Dream" set sail.
