Today, with the development of market economy and Information Technology, Abuses more and more far-reaching impact on the development of society. Damage involves not only the rational use of the national authority, but also involves economic losses, casualties, loss of Intangible and so on. Limited knowledge of the out(?),while imtied to the article length, in this article the following four parts discourse, trying to put forward my views and opinions.The first part is an overview of the meaning of "significant loss" for the crime of abuse of power. First, the relatively heavy losses of the three’ standard range of judgment "significant loss" extension, and thus "significant loss" a qualitative analysis. Agree with Professor Zhang Mingkai "objective factor of more than say" and then explained his reasons.The second part of the study identified significant losses in economic losses part. End I make recommendations to solve the above problem to the case guidance.The fourth part is on the basis of the previous paper, citing significant loss of foreign legislation on the crime of abuse of power positioning. The national legislation and summarized the last article the author proposes how to improve the crime of abuse of the legislative proposals.
