Research On Information Security System For Yunnan Province Electronic Government

With the rapid development of information technology, e-government has played an increasingly important role. However, the level of information at all levels of government in the process of continuous improvement, e-government security incidents continue to occur, exposed the existence of many aspects of information security, e-government information security related to the fundamental interests of the state and the public, there is no safe protection of e-government will be meaningless, and we must establish a comprehensive information security system to meet the needs of e-government development. This paper focuses on the practical and theoretical study of the situation at home and abroad of e-government information security, information security of the province were the focus of research to gather a large number of cases and the basic data from the build information security system targeting construct principles system tasks, planning and design aspects of the exploration and research, the use of comparative and empirical research methods proposed to further improve the information security system in Yunnan Province countermeasures. Studies are as follows:1. E-government and information security features and the importance of meaning, building information security system is described. Careful analysis of the theoretical and practical case studies of e-government information security at home and abroad.2.To study the status of e-government and information security, Yunnan Province, in-depth analysis of the Yunnan Province in the management of information security, legal, technical and maintenance aspects of the problems and causes.3.According to the analysis of problems and reasons drawn from four aspects management security, legal protection, technical support, security and other operation and maintenance of Yunnan proposed to further improve information security system of e-government strategies, and to study the appropriate electronic Yunnan information security evaluation model based on hierarchy and closely integrated with the management of government development.
