Research On Information Security Management Of The E-government Of Shaoxing

The 21st century is a century in which the network economy and information economy get rapid development. E-government also gets great development in recent years. A efficient information management system should be established to adapt the expanding e-government scale and to handle more and more information produced.Many people now regard the e-government affairs as the basis of the information society.However, many problems come out in the process of the implementation of the e-government. For example, Open and sharing of network has already brought great challenges to information security of e-government. In order to avoid the adverse impact of e-government and to expand the benefit through technical means and administrative means, the government must build an information security management system of the e-government.Recently, many measures can be carry out to avoid technical problems.Unfortunately, information security management of e-government is not limited to technical problems. We find that over 70% of the security problems occur because of internal management leaks. This article recommends the government pay more attention to the administration, rules and regulations, management measures to avoid human-related information security problem of e-government.This paper mainly focuses on the information management of E-government of the local government Shaoxing. The research includes present condition analysis, the problem and reason analysis, and countermeasures for further development.
