| Building a better harmonious society pursued by Chinese Communist Party, is aideal guided under Marxist theory as well as a great systematic project which needlong time to complete. Democracy and rule of law as one of the important content ofa harmonious society, not only for the essential requirement of a harmonious society,but also an important way and protection to solve the contradiction exist in variousaspects at the present stage. The youth is active follow-up forces to promote socialprogress. The implementation of legal education on the youth decide the degree anddirection of democratization and legalization both of the entire country and society.Therefore, the words on the construction of a harmonious society and youth legaleducation are closely related and inseparable. From the First Five-Year the timebegan popularize the legal knowledge to now, the legal education of the youngpeople has made great considerable progress, but at the same time with thecontinuous development of society and the rule of law in the process of continuingin-depth, the legal education of the youth has highlight a series of issues of discordnot only weakens the outcomes and effectiveness of legal education, but also affectsthe youth groups to enhance the legal awareness and improve legal cultivation.Therefore, it has important significance both in times and reality in the primary stageof socialist construction to observe and analyze the contradiction and issues existedin the process of legal education of our youth at the point of harmonious society andexplore the corresponding channels to solve the problems.Based on the widely read related works and refer to the document literature,learn from the existing research results, this paper through the connection betweenthe connotation of a harmonious society and implementation goals of the youth legaleducation, conclude and generalize the basic theories and related concepts of harmonious society and the objectives, principles and functions of youth legaleducation. Under the overall background, the goals and direction of young peoplelaw education are train them to take shape the correct consciousness and thinking oflaw via scientific means and methods of education, to make them own a higher legalliteracy and awareness through carrying out the related activities and practices of law.Then these could improve the overall quality of our young people, and promote theprocess of the rule of law fundamentally. This paper explores the current situationand existing problems of our young people legal education in the harmonious society.Through the regional differences of harmonious society to analyze the characteristicsof youth legal education both in the urban and rural, and with the questionnairesurvey, analyze the careless omission and problems existed in the work of youthlegal education respectively in school, family and society. Through the collation andanalysis of survey data, it is found that at this stage the work of young people legaleducation has the feature of educational goals utilitarianism, the lack ofstandardization in the education system, flimsy and format boring and single of thecontent. According to these problems, the fourth chapter in the thesis put forwardcorresponding countermeasures and suggestions. That is, in the context of therequest of a harmonious society, further adjust the internal structure of legaleducation of youth to make legal education more scientifically and sound, the formmore diverse, to arise the awareness of autonomous learning, to optimize theoperation environment of education, clear and definite the guidance duties ofgovernment, give full play of the role of the school principal education effective,enhance the protective function of society linkage mechanism, upgrade theenvironment of young people legal education.This study and exploration, aimed to contribute the strength to the theoretical research and practical application of our country young people legal education. |
