Research On Inner-Party Democratic System Building Question Under The Angle Of View Of Harmonious Society

The building of Inner-party democratic system has recently been a hot spot in the theoretical circle. In the new time and stage , strengthening the building of Inner-party democratic system is not only the strategic pivot of the building and development of the party, is the key to the construction of socialist democratic politics, is also the inevitable choice of a socialist harmonious society. This study is precisely based on the angle of view of a socialist harmonious society, taking the building of inner-party democratic system as the object of study, based on resolving the practical problems of the building of inner-party democratic system, and actively exploring the construction feasible ways and means of inner-party democratic system under a socialist harmonious society, with a view to provide some useful reference to the expanding inner-party democracy, the development of the socialist democratic politics and the harmonious development of society.This paper carries on the layout in accordance with the logic sequence of"the elementary theory - - present situation analysis - - advancing ideas". The basic framework of the article is mainly made up of five parts. The first part is the introduction .The second part explains the basic theory of a harmonious society and the inner-party democratic system, and points out the connection between inner-party democratic system and the socialist harmonious society. The third part analyses the present situation of building of the inner-party democratic system of the CPC, which includes the major achievements, the basic experience, the existing problems and their causes. The fourth part is the promotion ideas of building of inner-party democratic system under the angle of view of a harmonious society. This part is the key to this research and is studied and discussed by nurturing and raising the awareness of inner-party democracy, reforming and improving the inner-party democratic system, and creating and optimizing the environment for construction of the inner-party democratic system. The last part is closing remarks.
