With the development of China’s economy and the improvement ofpeople’s living standard, more and road infrastructure construction inour country is more perfect, more volume of cars, which is convenient forpeople to travel. However, emerge in an endless stream all kinds ofdangerous driving behavior, a serious threat to the safety of people’slife and property. This paper firstlyintroduces the related knowledge of drugs and harm to human and socialharm, and analysis of drug driving in traffic safety field, then analyzedthe present situation of our country at the present stage in high incidenceof poison; toxic driving into the punishment has many useful local,domestic, drunk driving into a series of activities and content punishment,and many other countries and regions, practices, and then combined withthe drug driving their own characteristics and the specific nationalconditions of China drug driving into the related problems of punishmentare discussed.
