Children’s right to food as a fundamental human right,"the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights" and "International Convention on the Rights of the Child" and recognized as part of the right to adequate standard of living.Property rights of the child the right to food requires States to be respected and protected.Our current major constitutional right, and the various departments through an indirect method to protect children food, but children in special stage of life, food for children into adult life is an indispensable condition, the law does not clearly defined right to food for children, so that children have access to safe and nutritious food on the substantive law and procedural law on remedies exist dilemma.This paper is divided into four parts to illustrate children’s right to food:The first chapter,"Introduction", the theory of practical significance and the need to study children’s right to food exposition, the status of children’s right to food research simple sort, to provide follow-up research ideas.The second chapter,"Overview of the right to food for children" around "What is the child’s right to food" started meaning and content of children’s right to food were discussed.The third chapter,"The right to food for children in our country to achieve" legal theory from the perspective of the basic conditions of the right to food security for children, and children’s school lunch for example the right to propose the existence of the current food security problems.The four Chapter,"improve our children’s right to food security system is recommended." Perfect right to raise our children food legislation, law enforcement, building evaluation system, and cultural aspects of cultivation measures and ways to solve the problem of how to protect the right to food for children.
