Improve the scientificlevel of Party building, is the new development of Marx’s party construction theory,the important task of the new great project of Party building is under the newsituation.In this paper, the integrated use of literature analysis, historical analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods, combined with politics, history, law,philosophy and other disciplines theory,reviews the historical process of theconstruction of the Communist Party of Chinese, sums up the basic experience of theconstruction of new period party, to improve the theory of the scientific level of Partybuilding and conducted a systematic and comprehensive exposition.
