Thirdly, set up and perfect the supervision and relief of filing.Fourthly, it is important to distinguish denotation and investigation, improve theprocedures of denotation, respect and guarantee human rights. The main purposes ofthe study is direct the procedure of accepting and investigating corruption and briberycases.
