A Legal-Sociological Analysis Of Intimacy

Intimacy is an important social relations,which is also one of significant legalregulated relations.The powerful relationship of rights and obligations establishedamong participants of Intimacy is based on intimate ethical and the needs ofpsychological states.The article is accommodate to the changes of Intimacy. Based on the theory ofsocial economics, the authors dialectically analyze the ethic and exchange of benefitswithin intimate relationships, and advocate that we should formulate regulations inthe eyes of law by distinguishing the facts,not by distinguishing the nature ofIntimacy.The article tells the development and legal sense of Intimacy and the conflictbetween Intimacy and constitutional law.
