The Study On Social Work To Reduce The Social Alienation Of The Old Migrants

Due to the reduction of interpersonal communication,insufficient social support,and unfamiliar family environment,the elderly migrant workers have certain difficulties in regulating and resolv:ing negative emotions.In the long run,the problem of excessive level of alienation is easy to form.In this study,the author first discovered that the elderly with the move had a higher sense of social alienation through the alienation sense scale and semi-structured interviews.After analyzing the specific influencing factors of the elderly with high sense of alienation,the professional method combining group work and case work is adopted to establish the peer support group and promote the establishment of family intimacy as a breakthrough to carry out practical.intervention for the elderly.In promoting the establishment of intimate relationships in the family,the techniques of family bottom sculpture,family rules,and individual part dances in the joint family therapy model are mainly adopted.Social workers guide the role of interpreters,demonstrators and guides,and let the case The main initiative feels,thus promoting mutual understanding between the client and his family members,and promoting the establishment of intimate family relationships based on good family communication.Finally,in the process of group development and case intervention,pay attention to the problems that occurred during the period so as to reflect and summarize afterwards and obtain relevant practical experience.Providing practical experience for social work in carrying out service activities for the elderly.
