In the modern sense of the rule of law originated from the west, is the product ofdevelopment of western history. The rule of law in the west was established not onlyas a kind of order, and as a kind of idea by western popular beliefs.After our long-term efforts, the socialist rule of law construction of our countryhas made significant results, however, due to the historical roots of our country andthe special national conditions, in the development of the rule of law in China is stillfaced with many problems, including the law can not get effective implementation,etc. Therefore, to solve the problem of the typicality, the academic circles put forwardthe law only internalization is in the hearts and minds of faith, to further promote therule of law construction. Based on the perspective of different scholars, however, thelegal faith has become the focus of academic debate. Therefore, the author objectivelycomb, on the basis of "legal faith" proposition, contribute to the establishment of therule of law belief is put forward.Based on the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law hasbecome the goal of our struggle, the rule of law as a system of legal norms, hasbecome the consensus of value. Moreover, difficulty of rule of law of the modernChinese form leads to the absence of integrity of the rule of law spirit, contributing tothe establishment of the rule of law belief can not only improve the social publiccohesion, but also can hope for the rule of law is stable social groups. Social cohesion,however, the rule of law consciousness and need the rule of law in public good, thussecurity legislation, judicature, law enforcement and other good, can contribute to theestablishment of the rule of law belief.
