Based on the actual situation, China enacts the inheritance law of the People’s Republic of China in1985. The law establish the inheritance law system of Chinese characteristic. The right of inheritance notarization is that the national authorities according to the application of the parties and in accordance with the law to justify who have the rights to inherit the successor’s estate, also to prove the inheritance activities are legal and correct. The right of inheritance notarization according to the successor living wills can be divided into succession by testament and testate succession. The right of inheritance notarization can make sure the relationship of the inheritance, protect the rights of the successors, and it is an important part of the system of inheritance.This paper based on the system of inheritance notarization, analysis the problems of the system of inheritance notarization, and then complete the system of inheritance justice law in our country for further instructions. In the hope of perfecting notary system in our country and making a little contribution to our country citizens to well exercise their rights.
