Study On Illegal Medical Practice’s Regulatory Of Wenzhou

Combating the illegal practice of medicine is the need to safeguard people’s health and life safety, is the need to promote the healthy development of medical and health, is the need to maintain the safety and stability of the society, is to promote the harmonious society, to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. In recent years, Wenzhou health administrative departments at all levels to rectify the order of health care market, the fight against illegal medical practice efforts have been strengthened, but the phenomenon of illegal medical practice is the repeated. The illegal practice not only endanger the people’s life, health and safety, but also disrupted the market order of medical health. How effective governance of illegal medical practice, has been plagued by a problem of the administrative department of health.This paper from inside and outside the country, on the basis of previous research on illegal medical practice, using the literature research, field research, qualitative in-depth interviews, data processing and analysis, through the study of Wenzhou city in2012and2008to2012illegal practice of five years of illegal medical condition analysis, results showed that Wenzhou City illegal medical cases the maximum number of Lucheng district and Ouhai District, the illegal practice of medicine mainly to unlicensed medical, main distribution area set is populated suburbs, relates to the subject at the Department of internal medicine, the overall trend of illegal practice of nearly five years of decline, but in2012increased trend,the illegal medical practice in Wenzhou city showed that the situation is not optimistic.Combining practice illegal status of research in Wenzhou City, analyze and find out the illegal practice of medicine in Wenzhou city are the main reasons of health administrative laws and regulations lag, the medical market access threshold, weakness of supervision of medical problems, medical graduates employment problem, barefoot doctors, the problems left over by history and institutional reasons, there are no balanced allocation of medical resources, medical insurance coverage is not broad, illegal practice accords with the demand of people, some people harm of insufficient understanding of the illegal medical practitioners, driven by the interests of social economic reasons for the illegal practice, and illegal practice, illegal low cost more and more covert, health law enforcement cost is too high.In the weak law enforcement illegal medical practice in Wenzhou City, and try to path on illegal medical practice are analyzed in order to strengthen supervision, to provide basis for decision making of illegal medical supervision.
