A Study On Organization Of Jinjiang Corporate Militia

The militia is armed organization which also involved in social works. Since the founding of P.R.China, militia system accompanied by domestic and international environment changes, has undergone several major changes and twists and turns. Based on the analysis and study of these changes, we found that every militia system change is linked with social background. As economic construction is the main guideline of society, the influential impacts to militia organization are highlighted. Jinjiang City, one of the developed eastern coastal city among small and medium cities, now private enterprises become the backbone of the local economy, Tradition militia units upon villages become unstable. Currently, Jinjiang City has established Hengan, Fengzhu Militia department, and specialist teams in some SMEs. However, current corporate militias units are quite inefficient, also many problems accompanying this model.This paper starts from current situation in Jinjiang City Enterprise militias, its development and bottlenecks etc. To study and explore the topic, we will try to find countermeasures for Jinjiang corporate militias building. This his paper will use literature research, quantitative analysis, case studies, field visits and other methods, and study upon existing researches, adopt organizational behavior theory, theory of public management, human resources management theory etc to achieve the research target. Framework:Chapter1, Introduction. By introducing the research background, purpose and meaning, content and research methods. Compare the construction of the U.S. National guard militias and domestic corporate militias.Chapter2, define related concepts and describe theoretical knowledge applied in this paper.Chapter3, study current status of Jinjiang City corporate militia building and find out the problems of corporate militias, such as awareness of national defense, military attainment, militia battalion positions not in use, militia grouping is not enough scientific, loose daily management other issues. Chapter4, analysis of the four causes of current dilemma of Jinjiang City corporate militia, from the political, social, economic and management aspects.Chapter5Explore solutions, by study causes of problems of corporate militias in Jinjiang City, upon six elements:perfect laws and regulations, improve the supervision system, perfect the functionary management mechanism, and optimize team building scheme.Chapter6Conclusion and Outlook summarize the main conclusions and deficiencies of this paper. Discuss issues which need to be further studied.
