The principle of people who shall not be self-incirmination is the mostimportant principle in the modern country under the rule of law.it’s thefundamental rights of the cirminal suspect, it first appeared in the Chairmanof the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress in2012.But therule only in the chapter of evidence,and there is contradiction between"Presumption of Innocence" and “true answer", and how degree we candetermine the action means forced.
