Based on the running status of judicialconfirmation institution in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, the author researches the workpractices and innovation achievements of the local courts, reflects on the institution, attemptsto reveal the problems and deficiencies in operation mechanism, puts forward customizedand targeted suggestions.
