The reason is mainly caused by social transformation brought about by the economic, political, cultural, legal reform and the people’s mediation system by the existence of their own shortcomings, but this does not mean that the people’s mediation system lost its existence value. In order to achieve a better long-term goal of the socialist harmonious society, and promote the stability of social prosperity, the people’s mediation system is indispensable to the development of the times.
