Currently, labor dispute settlement mechanism does not achieve the desired results in China. The number of labor disputes is surging and dispute handling is inclined to arbitration and litigation. Labor consulting can’t play a role on our settlement mechanism; it is lead to the phenomena. Britain’s labor advisory system can provide a good reference for us to improve our system and the labor dispute settlement consultation mechanisms.Paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is an introduction of the research background, significance, status, content and objectives. The second chapter describes the ACAS labor advisory system and definite the labor advisory and summarizes the general characteristics of the labor advisory system. The third chapter discusses the status and problems of labor advisory system in our country, the law does not contain specifically provisions on labor advisory system, and there are a number of issues in the operation. By stating the current situation and analyzing the problem, the paper demonstrates the labor advisory system needs to draw part of the ACAS labor advisory. The fourth chapter is the most significant part of the paper. ACAS inspires us to build the labor consulting system in China. There are no special legal provisions of labor consulting in our country. Learning from the principles and program of the construction of ACAS and combining with China’s actual legislation situation and legal practice, the paper explore the feasibility of setting labor security supervision organization as body of labor consulting. We must establish a system that contain operating principles, organization, the goals and procedures accommodate to the current labor dispute handling mechanism. The fifth part is conclusion and outlook of the article, the paper re-emphasizes the focus of the study, states the deficiency of the research and prospects for future research.
