Starting from the Practices the thesis analyzed the causes of labordispute and the abuses of the current institution of labor disputedisposition in our country and discussed the advantages andshortcomings of several domestic theories on institution of labordispute disposition existing in our country currently. Also it suggestedthat the labor judicial institutes should be no independent style withspecial trying,the bench of judges on labor dispute should be set up inpeople's court.The first part analyzed the current labor controversy processingsystem in three existent key problem, the first is a labor controversythe function of the intermediation committee at lower, the secondproblem is to labor arbitrate to moderate with the litigation procedurenot, the third that time effect system absurdity.The second part to three kinds of reform projects that the theoriesfield and the actual situation field put forward, carry on 11 analyzethe evaluation, compare its advantage and irregularities.The third part introduced the labor controversy processing systemof France, Germany, England, the United States, Japanese etc.country, taking expect as the reform of the our country to provide thereference.Four-part cent labor controversy processing system of reform putforward the suggestion, hope to build up the specialized labor lawcourt, perfect from the level of the judicial process our country thelabor dispute handle system.Build up the specialized labor law court,since can lift high-efficiency, the orientation labors the characteristicsof the dispute, and then carried out same sex of the judicatory.Beadvantageous to the candor and solve the labor controversy quickly.
