Civil judgment is the end of the activities of civil trial,epitomizes the whole process of China’s civil justice activities,its production is directly related to the level of credibility and authority of the judicial system. Another way is a high-quality civil judgment to get the public’s respect and confidence is high,the lower quality of civil judgment will reduce the public acceptability, so there are many doubts of the public, leading to the credibility of the entire judicial system is low.At present, although China is gradually reforming the judiciary, but there are still some problems in civil judgments, civil judgments of the courts of the country still lacks a unified standard specification, and even some confusion.In this paper, the author mainly through civil judgments from functional orientation of departure, a detailed analysis of the status of the standardization of civil judgments, and to identify problems our country some civil judgment, to seek suggestions and measures to solve.The author of this article for the standardization of the current status of civil judgments, mainly divided into four parts to explore and study.The first part of the function of civil judgments positioning. The main focus on the function and meaning of the commencement of civil judgments, and highlights the importance of civil judgments position in the judicial system standardization.The second part of extraterritorial civil judgments. Studies focus on learning German and Japanese civil judgment from which to extract the standardization of Chinese civil judgments favorable experience to enrich our standardized way.The third part of the standardization status of civil judgments. The main focus on the specific status of the standardization of civil judgments, summed up the problems that some judgments. Some of our civil judgment before problems are:the reasons for the decision in the judicial practice of partial civil judgment is not reasonable, fact-finding is not clear, the evidence is not expressed in detail, such as the law applicable to non-standard circumstances arise, the parties understood the verdict remains barriers; according to the current situation referee instruments on the Internet, there are still some civil judgments format is not standardized, non-uniform problem. The fourth part of the basis of the previous section, the study and research of civil judgments specific standardization requirements, a detailed analysis in terms of structure, format, and content of language norms and other aspects should be noted that in the process of making judgments in civil improvement for our civil judgments go on a long road lay the foundation for standardization and further reduce the burden on the courts of the country, to improve the efficiency of the judicial system.
