Women’s Rights Protection Of Unmarried Cohabitation

With the rapid development of economy,people’s material life level has beenimproved greatly,thousands of information is always full of our lives, many lifemodels appeared in our vision, the unmarried cohabitation mode is a kind ofimportant changes, it breaks up the leading role of cohabitation to marriage.Becauseof the lack of a sense of security, trust or other reasons,people do not get married firstthen cohabit together,they choose unmarried cohabitation mode,whose main contentis economy, life and sex, the biggest difference between this mode and traditionalcohabitation model is that people do not need to marry,In the premise of do notviolate the mandatory provisions of law, both the male and the female live,cohabittogether.To the marriage cohabitation law system,this paper introduces and comparesthe laws of unmarried cohabitation of some other countries,and start from the angle ofgender,combined with China’s actual situation, try to propose some suggestions forChina’s system of unmarried cohabitation,to protect more women’s rights inunmarried cohabitation.
