Research On The Party’s Thoughts Of Protecting Right And Interest Of Migrant Workers Since The16th CPC National Congress

From reform and Opening, migrant workers are special labor groups. They support power for socialist market economy. They come from country and are farmers. But according to the nature of work and scope of employment, their occupations belong to industrial workers. Their status and occupation are not unified. It makes them unfair from some aspects in city. Legal identity can not be protected well. Now the number of migrant workers is over260million. They work all over the world. If their legal right can not be protected, the economic development of country and city will be restricted and stabilization of society can be influenced. After the Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Party and government realize the importance of solving migrant workers’problem and pay attention to the rights of migrant workers. By improving the thoughts of migrant workers’rights, combining Party’s thoughts and theories with the actual problems of migrant workers, it can form policy, suggestion and measure in order to protect the rights of migrant workers. Basing the paper on construction of system, grasping the connotation and work’s key point of protecting of right and interest of migrant workers, from the level of Party’s system analyzes and improves the theories and practice of migrant workers’right and interest and establish the long-acting countermeasure of protecting right and interest.This paper is divided into five parts:the first is an introduction, a brief introduction of the research purpose, significance of the related research, research methods and innovation; The second part summarizes the Party’s thoughts of protecting right and interest of migrant workers, clear the connotation of migrant workers and analyze feature of migrant workers and the difference of migrant workers and urban employees.
