According to a study of the journal of the Chinese entrepreneurs, they surveyed500companies,only15.3%of these companies signed the company’s articles of association that contains the equity succession terms.It is easy to see that the Equity inheritance is be neglect by the society.Although The theoretical circle have confirmed that equity can be inheritance,the76th provision of the law is too principle.only make sure that Equity can be inheritance,but the specific implementation terms and Dormant shareholders problems of the Equity inheritance have not been solved.So when in the face of a special case,Such as the heir have not behavior ability,equity inheritance problem of dormant shareholders,should lack of operational.SO,in this thesis,The research focus on how to improve the Inheritance system of Limited Liability Company.in this thesis,Legal problems of the equity inheritance should be confirmed in the case of the paper.On this basis,the equity inheritance problems of dormant shareholders and equity inheritance have been analyzed.At the same time,the other special problems of equity inheritance have been researched.also researched the impact of the company’s articles of association of the LLC,and give the solution of myself.The main contradiction of the equity inheritance is the contradiction between the people close relationship and the Equity inheritance,the important point of this article is that how to solve the problem of making the system of equity inheritance be better.
