The central issue of the Chinese revolution is about farmers, the peasants center island issue, which is the proletariat how to abolish the feudal land ownership to helpfarmers achieve" land to the tiller ". Achieving the goal "land to the tiller" need acompletely land program, must abolish the feudal land ownership and eliminate thelandlord class. The CPC’s policy of landlords is an achievement of the combination ofuniversal principles of Marxism with the Chinese revolution actual situation. Thediscussion of classical Marxist writers about land issue is the main theoretical sources ofthe CPC’s policy of landlords. Marx, Engels, Lenin, explained the issue mainly in termsof elimination of private ownership of land and the implementation of landnationalization. In the struggle against the landlord class, the CPC adhered to theprinciple of linking theory with practice, from China’s national conditions and the realityof the revolution, discusses why eliminate the landlord class. these aspects of economicbase and the superstructure, ideology and culture as well as practical aspects of theChinese revolution. Communist Party of China had developed the theory of Marxism.Feudal landlord class had lasted nearly two thousand years, so the elimination oflandlords will not happen overnight; Chinese Communist Party’s policy on landlordsaffected by their own understanding of the theory, the changing balance of forces, theCommunist international’s guidance, and many other effects, many times were interferedby " Left " and Right errors, thus eliminating the landlord class is a long and tortuousprocess. Chinese Communist Party ’s policy on the evolution of the landlord class hasgone through four stages: the bud stage produced, tortuous development stage, stage ofdevelopment and improvement, the mature stage of practice; these four stages, the CPCadopted different policies and tactics to struggle against landlords, tested in the practiceof struggle the party’s policies, development and improvement of the Party’s policies,and had accumulated rich experiences, these basic experiences are: rationally dividing ofclass composition, which is an important basis for the struggle to develop the rightstrategy; opposing various erroneous tendencies, is the basic requirement for the victoryof the land revolution; establishing reasonable criteria for the classification is animportant prerequisite for the class struggle in rural areas. These basic experiences theCPC gained in the long drawn practice of revolutionary struggle of land reform, not onlyhad important guiding significance, but also helped to deal with new changes in oursociety.
